New York City faces a sad fact, Rock has been eliminated from the FM radio dial. Many say this is just a factor of the Rock scene dying in NYC. NYC has a long history of ground breaking Rock Music and Rock Radio has been instrumental in sharing the freshest sounds. This history is still honored, with slick bands killing it every night, tucked away off the grimy streets of NYC. While commercialism catered to the masses and rock radio played on repeat until brilliant bands were over-played, eventually NYC Rock Radio outdated itself.
Bands brimming with new music to share are reverberating with the proof that rock is still here! The resulting battle cry is Bring Rock Back, a free concert presented by Bodyface. Bring Rock Back will showcase numerous notorious NYC Rock acts, in an all day event, live from the East River Park Amphitheater.
Vinyette returns after a year of writing music, in the stellar lineup at the Bring Rock Back NYC event. Vinyette hits the Amphitheater stage at 3pm, chomping at the bit to share all new songs, and perform live for the first time at the East River Park. Vinyette shall debut new music from the new album before it’s release! Talk about a sneak peak into a Rock revolution.
